We are pleased to welcome Dr. Sara Bahmanyar to our team! Dr. Bahmanyar completed her bachelor’s degree at Northwestern University in biochemistry with minors in green chemistry and Spanish. She then moved to sunny California to complete her dental degree at UCLA. Following this, she then moved to Texas to complete her residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Texas A&M School of Dentistry in Dallas, Texas. During this time, she also obtained her Doctor of Medicine at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, as well as a General Surgery Internship at Baylor University Medical Center. She also completed a six-month rotation in adult and pediatric anesthesia at Parkland Hospital and Children’s Medical Center Dallas.

Dr. Bahmanyar brings a wealth of expertise to every case due to her broad scope experience in complex procedures including but not limited to dentoalveolar surgery, dental implants, benign pathology, facial trauma, orthognathic surgery, and temporomandibular joint surgery. She has demonstrated a passion for innovation and learning about the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technology to ensure optimal outcomes for her patients.

Outside of the office and operating room, Dr. Bahmanyar enjoys hiking scenic trails, cooking, sewing and embroidery, and spending quality time with her family. She speaks conversational Farsi and Spanish. She is thrilled to return to California to practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with a patient-centered approach and a focus on achieving the best possible results.
